Re̜tlmaskvö Vët Med (/re̜ˈtlmaskvo˞/ /vɛt/ [coherent] [level (degree; stage)]) is a subtropical Large City located in the Menertahasha County of the Viceroyalty of Rosid.

The name Re̜tlmaskvö Vët Med is derived from the Wood Elvish language, as Re̜tlmaskvö Vët Med was founded by Mā̌ Rä̌s 'Valentina Lily' Cās Haw̄b Ca̋nvé̄y Tibe, who was culturaly Wood Elven.

Climate

Re̜tlmaskvö Vët Med was founded durring the early 10th century, by Mā̌ Rä̌s 'Valentina Lily' Cās Haw̄b Ca̋nvé̄y Tibe. The establishment of the new community went well, with no major obsticles durring construction.

Re̜tlmaskvö Vët Med was built using the conventions of Wood Elven durring the early 10th century. Naturaly, all settlmentss have their own look to them, and Re̜tlmaskvö Vët Med is no diffrent. The city's buildings feature timber framed wooden shiethed or brick construction, which gives form to a very formalized, rational, expence effishent arcatectural style based on strictly symmetrical designs which universaly feature pitched roofs, shutters, and the occasional column or pilaster for a decorative touch.

Re̜tlmaskvö Vët Med is buildings are arranged arround a network of restrictive split-log ties streets which form a grid, where each square verries in size given the proximity of the paralell streets forming each section. The ocasional smaller square has been used to construct a park, plaza, and other communal structures. The city is in posession of a finaly crafted dwarvern style fortified fighting wall, completer with lower, middle, and upper battlments for use in sloped-fire defence stratagies, murder holes, and statues which may or may not be constructs, and, of course, MERTICULATIONSshortsizename is one of the wealthiest and politicaly connected settlments in the world.. The city's Ragnarock-era relics are visibly old, but also obviously maintained semi-regularly. Its likly the local malishia or garrison are tasked with ocasional mantance of the citys defences.

Re̜tlmaskvö Vët Med has a very calm atmosphere. People can be seen relaxing, scocilizing, and going about all manner of business other than the daily grind. Men, women, children, all can be seen enjoying life in a laid-back way in the many parks which line Re̜tlmaskvö Vët Med’s streets. A look around Re̜tlmaskvö Vët Med has something terribly wrong with it. It’s impossible to put one’s finger on, but something is horribly wrong. Maybe it’s the way fog blankets the ground, but only in the connors of places. Maybe it’s the vermin scutteling between shadows in the corner of your eyes. Cultural Notes

Re̜tlmaskvö Vët Med's town hall was built using a different architectural style from the rest of the town. The style used is best known for the combined use of arcuated and trabeated construction, employing arches and constructed with post and lintel. The arch served as the style's chief structural element, with flanking columns serving as buttresses or decorations. While the general shape of their structures could be generously described as simplistic, the use of these arches and columns created a most distinct ascetic which is easily distinguishable on sight to armatures and experts alike.

In time immemorial, reportedly some time during the late 2nd century a great windstorm struck Re̜tlmaskvö Vët Med. Its winds were so great they picked up unsecured objects and flung them with enough force to smash brick and skull alike. Buildings collapsed under the gale, burying countless people alive. The storm's devistation was focused on the area arround Re̜tlmaskvö Vët Med, which lost 155 people, 320, and 36 livestock in the disaster.. History remembers the strom as The Storm of Calamity.
